Ingredients :
- 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts,
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1-2 inch ginger, minced 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste ¼ teaspoon of turmeric
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large cooking pan and add minced ginger and garlic.
2. Cook it for about a minute.
3. Slice the lemon into rings and add about half of the slices to the bottom of the cooking pan.
4. Rub salt, turmeric and pepper on both sides of chicken and lay them onto the top of garlic lemon slice in the pan.
5. Top the chicken with the rest of the lemon slices.
6. Cover the cooking pan with the lid and turn the heat to low.
7. Cook until chicken breast is tender and moist.
8. Once the chicken gets tender turn the heat to medium and browns the chicken breast pieces from the
both sides.
9. Serve the chicken onto the plate and use the leftover sauce in the pan as gravy over the top.
10. Serve warm with your favorite mix vegetables.
