BAKED ALMOND CHICKEN

Ingredients: 

  • Chicken breast tenderloins - 2 pounds
  • Organic eggs - 4
  • Almond meal - 1-1/2 cups
  • Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Italian seasoning - 2 tablespoons
  • Onion powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Directions: 

  • Start preheating the oven to 400°F.
  • Grab a large baking dish and give it a quick spray of oil to grease it.
