Marinating Time : 30 Mins

Cooking : 1 hour

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken Thigh - 2 pounds
  • Mustard - 2 tsp ( preferred Dijon)
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1/3 cup
  • Olive Oil - 1 cup
  • Lemon Juice - 3 tsp
  • Rosemary - 1tsp
  • Garlic clove (minced) - 2
  • Sea salt & black pepper

Directions:

  • First, turn on your oven and set it to 375°F. It needs to preheat so the chicken can cook evenly.
  • Next, grab a medium-sized bowl and mix together mustard, vinegar, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.
  • Put your chicken pieces in a plastic container and pour the olive oil over the spice mixture. Then pour this mixture over the chicken, making sure to cover each piece evenly.
  • Close the lid tightly on the container and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the chicken absorb all the flavors.
  • When the chicken has marinated, take a baking sheet and lightly grease it with oil. Transfer the chicken pieces from the container to the baking sheet.
  • Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken pieces on the baking sheet.
  • Put the chicken in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
  • Once it's done, take it out of the oven and serve it hot! Enjoy your delicious baked chicken!"
