Ingredients for the Grilled Chicken:
- Whole chicken - 4 pounds
- Salt, to taste
- Garlic cloves, minced - 4
- Green onions, chopped - 2
- Ginger, minced - 2 teaspoons
- Five-spice powder - 3 teaspoons
- Melted butter - 4 tablespoons
- Green onions, cut in half - 4-5
- Grapefruit juice - 1 cup
- Chicken stock - 1 cup
